I know, I know, I've been gone for quite a while. It's made me extremely sad, but not too sad because I know what I'm working on will make this blog even better.

These photos came from a photoshoot with The Fashion Club @ DP. You should definitely check out their blog, especially since I'm the president of the club. Speaking of the club, it has started, and so far it's going fantastic. I love that the club is a place for people with various styles and personalities can come and be theirselves.

I'm also working on a collection, that will be in the end of the year fashion show for my club. Its going great so far, and I've also been filming my process. I will start uploading when the show starts getting close, that way you can see my design process and how the collection came to be. I've also gotten some orders for homecoming dresses (including my own) that I might vlog the process of. I have a little less than a month so I better get crackin. Take care xx

First off, I need to start off with an apology for the absence of blog posts. Quite a few things have been going on and I think I've finally gotten in the groove of things. 

I absolutely love this off the shoulder dress I made. I'm thinking of just sewing a few and selling them to anyone that wants one. I've actually started doing commissions and I've got an order or two so far, which is exciting. I'm also doing repurposing of some thrifted items I've been finding, and I'm thinking of putting up DIY's on the blog. I figured why not share what I've learned, it's the best thing to do.  

The collection is still in the process, I've gotten wonderful ideas and I've sketched them out. The only problem is I haven't decided on a colour pallet yet, I keep seeing beautiful fabrics everywhere and then I end up changing my mind. I still love the process though, no mater how frustrating it can be at times. Plus the end result is what makes it worth it. Take care xx

I think a little catch up is in order.

If you don't follow me on Instagram, then you wouldn't know all of the cool things I've been doing. I made a Flickr account for all of the cool photos that you guys & girls don't get to see. I also finished my romper for my birthday. And let me tell you, it was quite the garment to make; but you'll hear all about it on my birthday post.

I recently went to the museum with my mum and it was quite a lot of fun. There were very interesting exhibits and pieces. I'm also thinking of volunteering there during this school year.

AHHGHGGH. Speaking of school, we (I) go back tomorrow! I'm actually quite excited, mainly for the outfits and seeing my friends. But, fun fact about me, I love homework for some reason. Maybe it's just the thought of having to do something, but the classes I got this year are going to be very interesting. In a good way of course. Well I'm going back to finish up some online homework. I hope you guys had a great weekend! Take care xx
